Okay, these are the last shots from my trip to Oklahoma. Actually, I didn't take these because the day Linda took me there I forgot my camera. Linda went back after my visit and took some shots of the refuge and some of its inhabitants (buffalo and Texas longhorn). Because they've had so much rain everything was so green and beautiful.

Nice meadows; too bad she couldn't get closer to the buffalo. I like the little hills in the background.
LITTLE HILLS! Those are the Wichita Mountains and are older than the Rockies...okay, they are little, but in Oklahoma they are considered mountains. Those were the first pictures I took with my digital camera. Later, I discovered I could "trim" the pictures closer. Believe me, you don't want to get closer to either of those animals...they are wild!
You need a zoom.....seriously. Great pics though mom! :) And Linda...you can say mountain all you want...age has nothing to do with it....a hill is a hill in the end! :) Hehehe.
Love ya!
I am VERY tired of looking at these pics...can you post some new ones?
OK, so I can only look at a buffalo from 3 miles away for so long. When are you posting again?
